The clock · 10 casinos inside 24 hours
How fast does the money actually leave?
Every casino on this site pays out in under 24 hours. That is not a ranking preference, it is the entry condition. Anything slower is not listed at all.
The 24 hour rule
The clock starts the second a withdrawal is submitted. Not when a risk team approves it, not when the finance department comes back on Monday. Every operator on this site moves money in under 24 hours, or it is not on this site.

Three legs, one number
Every withdrawal has three legs and only one of them is visible on a block explorer.
Leg one is the approval queue. A risk team, or an automated rule, decides whether to release the request. Published windows run from zero to 72 hours across the market, and this leg holds almost all of the variance between a good operator and a bad one.
Leg two is processing: the payment actually leaving the operator's account. Leg three is settlement on the rail itself. Bitcoin confirms roughly every ten minutes and most cashiers want one to three confirmations. USDT on Tron settles in about three seconds and costs cents. A bank wire takes one to five business days and does not move on a Sunday.
The number published against each operator adds all three legs together and reports the median in hours. Nothing else is scored. No game counts, no bonus headlines, no lobby design. [How that figure is compiled](/cashout-clock/).
Verification is where the hours go
Identity checks are the largest single source of delay reported across the market, and the timing of them is a design decision the operator makes, not an accident.
Front loaded verification means documents are requested at signup or at first deposit. The first withdrawal then travels at rail speed, frequently under an hour.
Back loaded verification means documents are requested the first time a player asks for money. Add 24 to 72 hours for review. Add another full cycle if the utility bill is rejected for being 91 days old, if the selfie is too dark, or if the card photo cuts off the last four digits.
Same casino, same rail, same amount. The gap between the two designs is measured in days, and it is the first thing checked before an operator is listed.
Rails, in order of speed
Lightning: seconds, for amounts inside channel capacity. USDT on Tron: about three seconds, fees usually under a dollar. Litecoin: blocks every 2.5 minutes, so six confirmations still land inside a quarter of an hour. Bitcoin: ten to thirty minutes in normal conditions, longer when the mempool is busy.
Interac e-Transfer: nominally 30 minutes, but only after the operator has released the payment, and a first transfer can sit overnight in a bank fraud check.
Visa and Mastercard withdrawals: three to five business days. Bank wire: one to five business days, plus correspondent bank cut off times. Cheque by courier: still offered by a handful of operators, which is a fact worth sitting with for a moment.
The rails are the reason a 24 hour ceiling is achievable at all. [More on why they clear faster](/crypto/).
Ontario, plainly
Most operators covered here are offshore. Licences out of Curacao, Anjouan, Malta or the Isle of Man, and no registration with iGaming Ontario. Ontario residents cannot legally use them.
That is a statement about jurisdiction, not a lecture. Ontario runs a closed market: only brands registered with iGaming Ontario may take bets from players in the province, and everything on this roster sits outside that perimeter. If you are in Ontario, the timings published here are reference material rather than a menu.
The rest of Canada sits in its own grey zone, with provincial monopolies on one side and offshore sites on the other. This site does not pretend to resolve that question, and does not have an opinion about how anyone answers it.
