What gets measured

Elapsed hours between a submitted withdrawal request and funds a player can spend. That is the entire scoring system.

Around it sit a small number of facts that change those hours: when identity documents are demanded, whether a pending or reversal window exists and how long it runs, the minimum and maximum per transaction, the daily and monthly caps, and which rails are actually live for a given country.

What gets ignored

Game counts. Software provider lists. The headline size of a welcome bonus, which is a marketing number attached to a wagering requirement that decides everything. Awards, badges, and any statistic supplied by an operator about itself.

Also ignored: exclusive offers negotiated by affiliates. If a bonus code produces a better deal, it belongs in the entry as a fact, not as a reason to move a brand up the order.

Sources and corrections

Published terms and cashier pages, timings reported across the market by player accounts, block explorer data for settlement, and payment provider documentation for fiat rails. Nothing on this site is written as a first person account of a personal deposit or withdrawal, because that is not how the data is collected.

Corrections are welcome and are dated on the page they affect. An operator that has genuinely tightened its approval window can say so and be rechecked outside the monthly cycle, once the change shows up in the terms and in reported timings. Assertions from an affiliate manager are not evidence.

How this site is funded

Polar Casinos is paid through affiliate arrangements. The site may receive a payment when a reader opens an account through a link on these pages: usually a one time fee for a funded account, sometimes a percentage of the operator's revenue from that account. Nothing is added to what the player pays either way.

What that money does not buy: position, inclusion, or a slower delisting. The order is set on the median hours figure before any commercial conversation takes place. Operators do not see the list before publication, do not review copy, and are not offered a right of reply on their own ranking.

Two consequences, stated plainly so they can be checked against the list. Brands that pay this site nothing appear if they clear 24 hours. Brands that pay well are removed when they fail two consecutive rechecks, and the removal note stays on the page afterwards.

Unpaid links are not marked differently from paid ones, because the distinction has no effect on anything a reader is reading.

Legal status and Ontario

Most operators covered here hold offshore licences and are not registered with iGaming Ontario. Ontario residents cannot legally use them. Readers elsewhere are responsible for the law where they live.

This site sells nothing, holds no funds and cannot intervene in a dispute. If a payout is withheld, the route is the operator's complaints process and then its licensing body.
