The publication
Polar Casinos covers one variable: how long an operator takes to move money out. The roster is deliberately small because the 24 hour ceiling removes most of the market, and a smaller list that holds up is worth more than a long one that does not.

Background in payment operations, which in practice meant several years explaining to people why their money was sitting in a batch file until Tuesday. Handles the sample thresholds and refuses to publish a number for an operator with thin data, which is why the list is shorter than it could be.
What neither of them does
No sponsored articles. No operator supplied copy, ever, including the pre written reviews that arrive attached to affiliate manager emails. No interviews traded for placement, no awards, no badges on the footer.
Nobody here accepts free play, gifted accounts or comped balances.
